Who we are

What we collect

• Booking details. Your name, email address, phone number and appointment time when you book a consultation or treatment online.
• Consultation and treatment records. Information about your skin, hair, health and medication that matters for laser treatment, your patch test result and notes from each session.
• Messages. Anything you send us by phone, WhatsApp or social media.
• Photos. Before and after photos, only with your permission.
• Website data. Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, which our website host records in its server logs.

How we use it, and why

• To book and manage your appointments. This is needed to provide the service you ask for.
• To treat you safely. Health information is used only to check that laser treatment is suitable for you, and we ask for your explicit consent to record it.
• To reply to your enquiries. This is part of running our business.
• To keep records for insurance and legal reasons.
• To share your before and after photos on our website or social media. We only do this with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision making.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers to run the business. They handle your information on our behalf.

• Acuity Scheduling (owned by Squarespace) for online booking.
• WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there.
• Vercel for hosting this website.
• Google for the fonts on this site and the maps on our area pages.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are used.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The booking calendar and the Google Maps on our area pages are provided by third parties, and they may set their own cookies when they load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your records only for as long as we need them for your treatment, our insurance and our legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your information, where we are able to
• limit how we use it, or stop using it
• move it to another provider
